I must say, it’s November 2024, and business is slower this year than last year and I’m curious if people are taking newborn photos at home instead of heading out to a professional photographer. I mean, your baby is totally cute all the time and as a new Mom, I was having photo sessions all the time at home with my baby, so I’m assuming there are many of you out there doing the same thing.
With so much information out there, what do you trust and what don’t you trust? Over the years, I’ve seen some crazy ideas that people try at home with their babies for photos. If you don’t know about all of the behind scenes things that go on to ensure safety protocols, you may try something at home that may not be the safest way to create the look that you want. Professional newborn photography has had quite a few changes believe it or not. Photography in general has had alot of changes, one change being the ability of the smartphone to take such beautiful pictures.
Of course, there is nothing like going to a professional photographer for your baby’s pictures. A professional will have many years of experience with newborn photography and have all of the little outfits, like this one above, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing anything.
